Hangzhou Airport worked together with ielo design to revamp their visual identity, store interior and customer journey.

The project aims to welcome a continuous fascination in the enchanting and state-of-the-art ambience of Hangzhou.

My responsibilities

Led by the team from ielo design, I assisted rolling out the graphics to the various brand touch points.

  • Store opening was a massive success! The seven duty-free stores (Perfumes & cosmetics, Liquors and tobacco, Fashion & apparels and Confectionery) reflected Hangzhou's nature and elegance.

    Customers were enchanted by the atmospheric immersion. The new store layout and interactive elements makes the shopper's journey a memorable lasting impression.
